Assessments are used to identify peoples behavioral strengths and weaknesses in an organization.This means that wherever people are involved within an organization, assessments can provide the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together.

You are not God so you must “in all your ways acknowledge Him” (Prov. 3:5-6). Assessment apart from God is an act of futility for “there is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death (destruction)” (Prov. 16:25).

As with any leadership skill, church and ministry leaders must be concerned with how mastery of this skill affects the cause of Christ, not merely how it makes them a good leader. The questions will help keep us on plan a better path.
